Austere Modular 6-packAustere Modular Experimental Pilsner 5. 4% ABV The next in our annual experimental series of pilsners lagers. Each year, we stray from the traditional pilsner lager brewing processes and ingredients to explore where we can push the boundaries. This iteration is brewed with pilsner malt and blonde roast oats; using oats in this style is untraditional. We hopped it with Czech Saaz, commonly seen in pilsners, and Nectaron, uncommonly seen in pilsners.

It is both the biggest and the most aggressively hopped version of PUNGE we’ve ever done

and then blasted with a MEGA dry hop of Nectaron
